Subject Access Request

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of all the personal data we hold about you, and to be told how we use it. This is called a Subject Access Request (SAR).

How to make a request

Send an email to info@thekillietrust.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line "Subject Access Request". Please include your full name and membership number if you have it to hand — it helps us find your record quickly and confirm it's really you asking.

We may need to verify your identity before releasing anything, to make sure we're not handing your data to someone else.

What you'll receive

A copy of the personal data we hold about you, which may include:

  • Your profile — name, contact details, date of birth, address
  • Membership history — tier, join date, payment method, renewal dates
  • Payment and transaction records (amounts, dates — not full card/bank details, which we never store ourselves)
  • Event bookings, voting/survey responses, and donations you've made
  • Any linked junior/family member profiles you manage
  • Communications preferences and marketing consent records

Timeframe

We'll respond within one calendar month of receiving your request, as required by UK GDPR. If a request is particularly complex we may extend this by up to two further months — we'll tell you if that's the case and explain why.

Cost

This service is free. We may charge a reasonable fee only if a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.

Related requests

If you'd like your data corrected rather than a copy of it, let us know what's wrong in your email and we'll fix it.

If you'd like your account and data deleted entirely, see our account deletion page instead.
